- Project Superintendent / Working Foreman – Restoration Construction Services Group
Primary Function
- The Project Superintendent serves as the on-site leader and primary representative of StructureTec during the construction phase of restoration projects. This role is responsible for overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring that StructureTec’s CSG Restoration crews and subcontractors execute work safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans, specifications, schedules, and budgets.
Reporing Relationship
- Reports to: Director of Construction Services – CSG Restoration
Key Responsibilities
- Represent StructureTec in a professional and respectful manner at all times.
- Plan, prioritize, and assign work to crews based on project needs and timelines.
- Ensure crews are equipped with the proper tools, materials, and equipment to complete daily tasks efficiently and within budget.
- Supervise all on-site work to ensure quality, compliance with specifications, and adherence to company standards.
- Enforce job site safety requirements, including maintaining and updating safety kits and addressing safety concerns promptly.
- Maintain open and consistent communication with the Project Manager regarding crew performance, progress, and challenges.
- Train, mentor, and support new employees as they develop skills and learn new tasks.
- Provide clear direction and expectations to minimize errors and rework.
- Ensure all company policies, procedures, and job site rules are followed.
- Complete projects on schedule and within approved budgets.
- Evaluate work methods to identify the most efficient approach without compromising quality.
- Lead weekly job site safety and progress meetings and maintain accurate documentation.
- Communicate daily with project owners and the Project Manager regarding progress and site conditions.
- Assist the Project Manager in developing quality control plans and site-specific safety plans.
- Administer corrective action or discipline on the job site in accordance with company policy.
- Support the Project Manager in material procurement and ensure timely delivery to maintain the project schedule.
Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of documented construction experience.
- Proven experience providing direct supervision of self-performed construction work.
- Preferred experience in masonry and horizontal restoration, including: Tuck-pointing and masonry replacement, Joint sealant replacement, Sheet metal flashing installation and Restoration cleaning and masonry sealer application.
- Experience installing below-grade waterproofing systems.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- OSHA training and demonstrated ability to enforce safety regulations.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation, including:
- Regularly lifting 50+ pounds, bending, climbing, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to climb ladders up to 40 feet.
- Comfort working at heights and in extreme weather conditions.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
