Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and define user needs through comprehensive research and analysis.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual mockups using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision to communicate concepts clearly and effectively.
- Develop responsive web designs optimized for various devices, including mobile applications and desktop platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences across all screens.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, A/B testing, and data analysis using tools like Google Analytics 360 and Adobe Analytics to inform iterative design improvements.
- Create detailed information architecture, user flows, interaction designs, and layout designs that enhance usability while adhering to accessibility standards in interaction design.
- Apply best practices in UX design project leadership by managing timelines, collaborating on rapid prototyping efforts, and integrating feedback into continuous design iterations.
- Work closely with front-end developers utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks such as Angular and React to ensure accurate implementation of designs aligned with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) processes.
Experience
- Proven experience in product design for e-commerce platforms or digital products with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design principles.
- Hands-on experience with front-end development including HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks like React and Angular; familiarity with React Express is a plus.
- Skilled in using industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Sketch, Figma, Axure, Balsamiq, Zeplin, Adobe Dreamweaver, and InVision for rapid prototyping and wireframing.
- Knowledge of data visualization techniques and experience working with APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) for integrating dynamic content into designs.
- Strong understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG), web accessibility best practices, information architecture, layout design, motion graphics (Adobe After Effects), and digital design trends.
- Experience leading UX projects from requirements gathering through user acceptance testing while applying design thinking methodologies.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics 360 or Omniture for analyzing user behavior to inform ongoing improvements.
- Ability to work within Agile environments using tools like Jira for project management; excellent analysis skills combined with a keen eye for usability are essential.

Pay: $58,056.94 - $69,918.03 per year
