Department: Assembler / Warehouse Worker
Position Summary
Separation by Design is seeking a dependable and motivated Assembler / Warehouse Worker to support our production and warehouse operations. This position will primarily perform basic product assembly, material handling, and general warehouse duties.
The ideal candidate is reliable, comfortable working with their hands, able to follow instructions, and willing to assist wherever needed in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
- Perform basic assembly of products and components according to work instructions and specifications
- Use basic hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Measure materials accurately using a tape measure
- Assist with receiving, organizing, staging, and moving materials throughout the warehouse and production areas
- Pick and prepare materials or components needed for production
- Load, unload, and organize incoming and outgoing materials as needed
- Inspect assembled products and materials for basic quality requirements
- Follow established production, warehouse, and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work independently and collaboratively with production and warehouse team members
- Assist with other production or warehouse duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, assembly, construction, or similar hands-on experience
- Experience using basic hand and power tools
- Fork truck or forklift experience
- Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory, or material handling

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
