Duties

- Oversee food production processes to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to recipes and standards.
- Manage inventory control and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing waste.
- Assist in menu planning and development for various service occasions.
- Supervise shift management activities including scheduling, ensuring smooth service flow and timely delivery of meals.
- Uphold food safety standards through proper handling, storage, sanitation practices, and compliance with health regulations.
- Oversee catering operations and banquet services to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, food costs, and kitchen documentation for operational efficiency.
