Holiday Inn Express - Woodstock is now accepting applications for Overnight Front Desk / Guest Service Agent. This position can be part-time (2 to 3 days) or full-time overnight and day / evening shift, training will be during day and evening time shifts. Shift differential pay for overnight shift.
Experience is not required but willing to learn, work and dedication is a MUST .
Job Description & Responsibilities:
- - Full-time or Part-time (3 to 5 days a week)
- - Candidate must have excellent customer service skills, a friendly and positive attitude with guest as well as co-workers.
- - Professional attitude and appearance.
- - Previous Guest Service and/or hotel experience preferred but not required.
- - Well organized and able to multi-task.
- - Strong desire to deliver excellent customer service to go above and beyond guest expectation.
- - Able to work varying days.
- - Able to work weekends. Will get some weekends off.
- - Basic computer and phone skills.
- - Detail orientated.
- - Get shift differential pay for overnight shift.
- - Able to stand / be on feet for 8 to 12 hours.
Some responsibilities of Front Desk / Guest Service Agent are as follows:
- - Answer phone calls to make reservations or update existing reservations.
- - Deliver wonderful customer service to arriving/departing guests.
- - Checking in/out guest.
- - Address guest needs / issues.
- - Handle Cash.
- - Perform night audit duties (Will train)
