True North Air Conditioning is hiring an experienced Lead HVAC Installer who takes pride in doing quality work, leading by example, and treating customers the right way.

What You’ll Do
- Lead residential HVAC change-outs and retrofit installations
- Train and mentor install helpers
- Ensure every job is clean, professional, and completed correctly the first time
- Communicate with customers respectfully and professionally
- Represent our company with integrity
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Leadership experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and fabrication skills
- EPA Certification
- Clean driving record
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
