A Top heavy civil builder is hiring a senior leader to oversee DOT transportation projects, including Design-Build, CMGC, and Joint Ventures.

What You’ll Do
- Lead DOT projects in WY and surrounding states
- Own profitability, forecasting, and overall project performance
- Drive schedule, cost, quality, and safety excellence
- Build strong relationships with DOTs, owners, and JV partners
- Support pursuits and help win future work
- Lead risk management, contract strategy, and major project decisions
What You Bring
- 8+ years in heavy civil / transportation construction
- Proven success on DOT projects
- Experience with Design-Build, CMGC, or Alternative Delivery
- Strong leadership—able to manage multiple teams and PMs
- Solid financial skills (forecasting, cost control, risk)

Pay: $115,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
