Overview
Phoenix Chiropractic is hiring a Corrective Care Advisor to help patients understand their exam findings, care recommendations, financial options, and next steps.
This is a high-trust, high-responsibility role for someone who can lead emotionally important conversations with warmth, clarity, and conviction. The right person is not pushy, but they are also not passive. They can sit with fear, hesitation, financial concerns, and indecision without losing confidence or becoming awkward.
You must be comfortable talking about money, health, responsibility, family impact, and long-term change. This role requires strong follow-up, excellent emotional intelligence, and the ability to help people make clear decisions.
