We are looking for hardworking, dependable Landscaping Crew Members to join our team immediately. If you enjoy working outdoors, taking pride in your work, and growing with a solid team, we’d love to talk to you.
What You’ll Do:
Perform landscape installation, grounds maintenance, grading, and sod installation.
Operate power equipment safely (mowers, trimmers, blowers, excavators/skid steers if applicable).
Load and unload equipment, materials, and debris at job sites.
Work efficiently alongside crew members and follow site safety guidelines.
What We’re Looking For:
1+ years of landscaping or outdoor physical labor experience preferred (will train the right person).
Ability to lift 50+ lbs routinely and perform outdoor manual labor in varying weather conditions.
Reliable transportation to our shop/meeting location every morning.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record is a plus.
