Canni is not a typical bar, coffee shop, or retail store.
We are a community-focused beverage and mixology concept built around creativity, hospitality, education, and experience. Our team members have the opportunity to develop skills across multiple areas of the business, including beverage service, retail sales, customer education, product knowledge, and off-site events and activations.
We are a small, close-knit team looking for people who are passionate about hospitality, eager to learn, and excited to grow with a unique and evolving business.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and serve infused beverages, coffee, and specialty drinks
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build relationships with guests
- Assist with retail sales and product education
- Support off-site events, festivals, pop-ups, and activations
- Learn multiple areas of the business and contribute where needed
- Help maintain a welcoming, community-focused atmosphere
- Collaborate with a creative and hardworking team
What We're Looking For
- Strong customer service and hospitality skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Flexible schedule and ability to adapt to changing business needs
- Interest in mixology, beverage creation, community building, and plant based culture
- Reliable transportation preferred

Weekend availability is REQUIRED.
Schedule flexibility is REQUIRED.
A willingness to learn and work across multiple areas of the business is REQUIRED.
NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENT
You MUST possess a valid Wisconsin Bartender License at the time of application.
If you do not currently have a valid Bartender License, please do not apply. Applications without a valid license will not be considered.

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
