- Lead dynamic, group fitness sessions (kettlebell and bodyweight training).

Deliver clear coaching with proper technique, form correction, and progressions/regressions.

Welcome and engage new members to ensure they feel part of the community.

Contribute to community events, challenges, and private member groups.

Maintain a clean, professional, and safe training environment.
- Track client progress and provide feedback.

Run intro sessions and consultations with new members.

Assist with sales conversations and onboarding.

Build deeper accountability and long-term client relationships.

Driven – Career-focused and able to execute without micromanagement.
Do not apply if you’re habitually late, struggle with time management, or can’t give 100% effort.
- Group Fitness or Personal Training certification required (NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.).

StrongFirst or RKC kettlebell certification encouraged (preferred but not required).

Minimum 1 year of group fitness or personal training experience.

Must be able to demo kettlebell lifts and bodyweight fundamentals.

Ability to coach and control a room of 15+ participants at varying skill levels.

Skilled at progressing/regressing movements based on client needs.

Clear, confident communication.
- Part-Time: $20–$35 per session (based on experience/ability).

Full-Time: Salary + performance-based commission.
