A well-established Federally Qualified Health Center in West Michigan is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join its outpatient primary care team. This is a mission-driven organization providing fully integrated medical, dental, and behavioral health services in a Patient-Centered Medical Home model.
This opening is due to a provider leave, and the organization is flexible, considering permanent, temporary, or temp-to-perm arrangements.
You will provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages in a collaborative, team-based environment. The clinical team includes multiple physicians and advanced practice providers, along with strong nursing, behavioral health, and administrative support. All services are offered in-house to support coordinated, whole-person care.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday clinic hours (8:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.)
- Option for four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts
- Shared late-night rotation a few times per month
- No weekend or holiday clinic hours
- Shared call across the clinical team
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary starting at $200,000+
