Employee will perform general maintenance and work on OECD facilities/properties and assist with construction projects. - This is a 37.5 hours a week position. Schedule is normally Monday–Friday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM though it may vary. Work to be completed within the City of Bradford in Pennsylvania at multiple O.E.C.D. commercial, industrial and residential properties. Subject to all weather conditions.
- Position is full time and eligible for city benefits including health, prescription, dental, vision, and paid life insurance policy, paid holidays off, paid vacation time, pension plan with annual raises based on the local City of Bradford wage ordinance.
- Starting annual salary range $35,100.00 -$40,950.00 will be based on the candidates skills and prior experience.
