Job Summary
This professional individual will be responsible for processing leads for all programs at NCC. The Admissions Advisor also must provide each student with administrative support throughout their admissions process.
Roles and Responsibilities

Meet productivity and success outcome standards outlined by leadership, including appointment booking rates, appointment no-show rates, and lead call volume expectations.

Deliver excellent customer service at all times.

Receive incoming phone calls for the Admissions Team, properly identify the phone call type, and support students with their next steps.

Contact new prospects within five minutes of receiving an incoming lead whenever possible.

Process new inquiries in LeadSquared by accurately creating and managing tasks, contacting prospective students by phone, and attempting to schedule first appointments or future follow-up activities.

Ensure new leads are accurately added to LeadSquared by cross-checking the CRM according to department standards.

Schedule first appointments with Enrollment Specialists for prospective students to tour the campus and begin the enrollment process.

Audit Attempt #1 through Attempt #5 calls in LeadSquared and follow up when no contact attempt has been made.

Maintain the assigned call queue and task management within LeadSquared.

Complete special projects and other duties as assigned by leadership.
Experience
-
Sales experience preferred (minimum 1 year)

Cold-calling techniques preferred
