JANITORIAL SITE SUPERVISOR
Momentum Building Services is currently looking for a Site Supervisor for an industrial site in Ascension Parish. The Site Supervisor will be required to work hands-on with team members to ensure proper sanitation. Our ideal candidate must be detail-oriented and able to change priorities at a moment’s notice.
DAILY DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Supervising employees throughout the workday
- Quality checking employees work
- Checking the cleanliness of the facility throughout the day
- Troubleshooting any issues with other employees and/or customers
- Operating various cleaning equipment such as; floor scrubber, buffer, vacuum, etc
- Removing trash from the facility to disposal building
- Checking all trash cans in cubicles, offices, conference rooms, & bathrooms
- Wiping down all surfaces throughout the facility
- Sweeping/vacuuming rugs
- Distributing bathroom supplies throughout multiple bathrooms
- Reporting any repairs to facility maintenance or to direct supervisor
- Washing windows as scheduled
- Analyzing bathrooms for tidiness at all times
- Handling various chemicals
- Wiping down window sills, countertops, washbasins & drinking fountains
- Periodically restriping tape in walkways
- Wiping down all handrails throughout the facility
- Monitoring stairwells for cleanliness
- Dusting desktops
- Mopping main entrance and dust security booth to schedule
- Communicating with Manager
- Floor Duties include: sweeping, scrubbing, buffing, stripping and waxing floors

Salary: DOE
Experience: Prior supervisor experience in the Janitorial industry is preferred
Requirements: Must be able to pass a drug screen, and must have reliable transportation.
