Community Partnership Manager | Florida Outside Sales Build Relationships. Close Business. Strengthen Communities.
Bright Oak is an emergency management and public safety company focused on helping healthcare organizations, educational institutions, municipalities, businesses, and communities become better prepared before emergencies occur.
We believe preparedness begins long before an emergency through planning, communication, visibility, and practical solutions that help organizations protect the people they serve.
We're seeking a Community Partnership Manager to represent Bright Oak throughout Florida by identifying opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and closing new business with organizations committed to improving emergency preparedness.
This is a full-cycle outside sales position, not an appointment-setting role, for someone who enjoys developing relationships, opening doors, and earning business through professional conversations and trust.
What You'll Do
Represent Bright Oak throughout Florida.
Identify and connect with decision-makers responsible for emergency preparedness, safety, facilities, operations, administration, or organizational leadership.
Conduct discovery conversations to understand existing emergency protocols, procedures, and preparedness initiatives.
Introduce Bright Oak's preparedness solutions as enhancements to existing safety programs, not replacements.
Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through presentations, follow-up, proposals, and closing.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Maintain accurate activity records and participate in sales coaching as needed.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for a business development professional who knows how to build relationships, uncover opportunities, and confidently ask for the business. The ideal candidate understands that trust opens the door, but earning the business is the objective.
You are self-motivated, comfortable developing your own pipeline, and confident leading conversations with executives, administrators, facilities leaders, emergency managers, healthcare professionals, and other organizational decision-makers.
Candidates with established relationships or industry experience within Florida's healthcare, education, emergency management, municipal government, facilities management, property management, public safety, commercial real estate, or related industries are strongly encouraged to apply.
Professionals with established relationships in these industries, including those transitioning from a related career and looking to continue making an impact while leveraging the relationships they've built, are especially encouraged to apply.
If you've spent years building trust within your industry and are looking for an opportunity where those relationships can create meaningful value, we'd like to talk with you.
What Success Looks Like
Success isn't measured by the number of calls you make.
Success is measured by relationships built, opportunities created, business closed, and long-term partnerships developed throughout your Florida market.
Compensation
This is an independent contractor opportunity with uncapped commission based on individual performance.
As Bright Oak continues to expand, successful Community Partnership Managers may have opportunities to introduce additional preparedness solutions and grow existing customer relationships across multiple Bright Oak divisions.
You'll have the flexibility to manage your own schedule while representing Bright Oak throughout Florida.
Why Bright Oak
Bright Oak is building more than a business.
We're building an organization dedicated to helping communities become safer, more prepared, and more resilient before emergencies happen.
We're looking for professionals who value integrity, take ownership of their results, and enjoy building long-term business relationships that make a meaningful impact.
If you're looking for an opportunity to build meaningful business relationships while helping organizations strengthen preparedness throughout Florida, we'd welcome the opportunity to speak with you.
