We are a full - service motor company that buys, sells, rents and fixes vehicles.
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities such as washing cars, delivering them to the guest, reporting vehicle condition and moving assets for distances of up to ten miles. Automotive detail experience required, light mechanical knowledge a plus. We will train the right candidate. This is a physically demanding position suited for someone who desires an active job.
Responsibilities
- Wash and clean dealership and fleet vehicles, ensuring they meet company standards for cleanliness and presentation.
- Inspect vehicles for damages or wear, and report findings accurately to management.
- Complete vehicle maintenance checks, such as monitoring fluid levels and tire conditions.
- Prepare vehicles for rental by refueling and ensuring all necessary documents and accessories are included.
- Deliver fleet vehicles to designated pickup/drop-off points or repair facilities.
- Organize vehicles in the lot to optimize workflow and enhance customer experience.
- Communicate with customers regarding vehicle status, rental agreements, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle conditions, mileage, and service schedules.
- Support the branch team in managing inventory and tracking vehicle availability.
- Adhere to safety protocols and standards during all tasks, including driving and washing vehicles.
Requirements
- Clean driving record
- Valid Texas Driver's license (for shop insurance purposes)
- Strong attention to detail with organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
