- Meet homeowners and schedule roof inspections
- Learn how to identify roofing damage using company training
- Guide customers through the insurance claim process
- Stay involved through project completion to ensure strong communication

EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH
Training Phase: $5,000 to $10,000+ per month
Established Reps: $80,000 to $180,000+ annually
Top Performers: $200,000 to $500,000+ annually
Compensation includes performance-based bonuses and uncapped commission. Top performers regularly exceed these ranges through consistency and effort.
