As the Assistant General Manager, you’ll play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the District Manager in overseeing all aspects of multiple locations in the French Quarter area.
- Ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality.
- Managing and mentoring staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Assisting with inventory management, and financial reporting.
- Addressing guest concerns and resolving issues to ensure a memorable dining experience.
- Upholding company policies and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a management or supervisory role within the quick service restaurant or fast food operation.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a diverse team.
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
