We are seeking a Product Engineer to support advanced manufacturing programs on the production floor. In this role, you will provide technical expertise for product lines, support manufacturing operations, improve processes, and help bring new products from development into full-scale production.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide engineering support directly on the manufacturing floor
- Create and maintain work instructions, assembly documentation, setup sheets, and engineering communications
- Support the evaluation and implementation of manufacturing equipment
- Maintain product integrity and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Analyze and improve manufacturing performance metrics
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to production teams
- Participate in customer and vendor discussions related to design and manufacturing improvements
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and all phases of the product lifecycle
- Travel occasionally to customers and vendors as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment preferred
- Experience with machining, complex assemblies, or aerospace manufacturing is a plus
- Experience with CAD, technical design, or CNC machining is highly desirable
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and support overtime when required
