Outdoor Day Porter/Cleaner | Virginia Beach | Town center Area

Shifts available:

General Purpose:

Ensuring the accurate and timely cleaning of commercial offices. You will need a clean background check and the ability to pass a drug screen.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Collection and disposal of trash (small and large cans) and cigarette stations
Dusting.
Cleaning glass.
Wiping and disinfecting surfaces.
Sweeping.
Mopping.
Restroom cleaning, restocking, and replenishing.
Office area cleaning.
Ensures timely completion of assigned cleaning area(s) according to schedule
Follows safety guidelines, quality standards, and ensures customer service expectations are met.
Performs other janitorial duties as needed.
Communicate with customers on an as needed basis
Communicate any building needs or concerns to operations
Help with special projects such as construction cleans
Cleaning of loading docks
Remove and return trash compactor container
Pressure Washing exterior of building as scheduled and requested
Clean lobbies, elevators, stairwells, bathrooms, water fountains, common areas, entrance to the building front and back

Physical Requirements:

Position requires bending, twisting, lifting (up to 25 pounds), stretching, reaching, and standing for extended periods of time.
