Overview
Colorado Cleaning & Rental Refresh Co are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Cleaner to join our growing team. We specialize in residential homes, short-term rental turnovers (Airbnb/VRBO), and occasional small commercial spaces. This position requires a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning tasks in assigned homes, rental properties, and small commercial locations.
- Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize all surfaces including kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Ensure properties are staged and guest-ready for short-term rental turnovers.
- Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with company policies.
- Restock essential supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products) as needed for turnover cleanings.
- Be able to provide deep cleaning techniques.
- Follow all company safety protocols and cleaning standards to ensure consistent, high-quality results each and every time.
Qualifications
- Previous cleaning experience is a MUST (residential, hotel, commercial).
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to work independently.
- Positive attitude and good communication skills when interacting with team members and clients.
- Physical ability to lift or move up to 25 lbs and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.
- Must be able to provide cleaning supplies and all equipment.
- Must have your own eliable transportation.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including some weekends, as needed.
- Three (3) professional references are required as part of the hiring process.
