Complete Care at Springbrook is seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical team at our 5-Star rated, 93-certified bed skilled nursing facility in Silver Spring, Maryland.

Collaborate with the Administrator and interdisciplinary teams
Manage staffing, scheduling oversight, and clinical budgets
Drive infection prevention, risk management, and resident safety initiatives
Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and compassion
Active RN license in Maryland
Previous experience as a Director of Nursing in a skilled nursing facility preferred
Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and survey process
Proven leadership and team-building abilities
Excellent communication and organizational skills
