Kickboxing/Martial Arts Instructor

An instructor at a Premier Martial Arts location is a person who has a passion for changing lives through day-to-day martial arts instruction. An outgoing and leadership-driven personality is a must. A person who can not only teach but more importantly inspire others to be their best version of themselves is required. A PMA instructor utilizes the tools given to them to impact as many people as possible and is always a student. A learning attitude is key for the success of this position.
Providing A+ Quality of Class Instruction:
- Instruction of High Energy, Benefit Driven classes
- Customer Relations with students and parents
- Class planning and management
- Drills for Skills
- Life Lesson Mat Chats
- Black Belt Excellence Life Lesson Program
- Stripe Tests and Graduations
- Student ranking, tracking, and reporting
- Demo Team and Group Intros
- Events and Retention
Qualifications:
- Black Belt Certificate not mandatory but a plus.
- Outstanding verbal communication skills with the capacity to command attention.
- Respectful, supportive, and fair approach to teaching.
- High Energy must be able to work with kids and adults, excellent personality.
- Deeply passionate about Martial Arts and self-development.
We provide hands-on martial arts training to all levels in the following:
- Karate
- Tae-Kwon-Do
- Krav Maga
- Kickboxing
- Submission Grappling
- Sport-Weapons- Bo Staff, Nunchucks, Escrima/Kali Stick, Kamas, Sword, Double Nunchucks
Work Location: One location
Working Days: Monday to Thursday and some Saturdays.
