As a Strategic Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our business by building relationships with new and existing clients, selling our advanced document solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will establish and maintain profitable relationships with large account customers on behalf of the Company, actively prospecting from a list of new accounts and maximizing sales potential with existing customers.

Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Build and strengthen relationships with existing customers, ensuring their service and support needs are consistently met.
- Partner with clients ahead of contract renewals to evaluate their business needs and recommend the right mix of products and solutions.
- Successfully manage customer renewals and maintain long-term client partnerships.
- Expand opportunities within existing accounts by identifying and connecting with new stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Develop new business while supporting current clients by providing consultative solutions that help reduce costs, improve efficiency, and drive productivity.
- Proactively engage prospects and customers through daily outreach, scheduling in-person meetings and conducting client visits within your assigned territory.
- Become a trusted expert on KYOCERA Document Solutions New England’s products, services, and technology solutions, effectively communicating their value to customers.
- Participate in ongoing sales and product training programs to continuously enhance your knowledge and professional growth.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience through regular communication, account reviews, and relationship management.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals by executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
- Create and present customized proposals that address each client's unique business objectives and challenges.
- Manage and grow an assigned territory while providing outstanding support to existing customers.
- Maintain an accurate and organized sales pipeline, forecasts, and account activities using CRM and territory management tools.
- Document prospect interactions, customer engagement, and sales activity within the company CRM system.
- Track account progress and provide regular updates through CRM reporting to support business growth and customer success.
This position requires you to customarily and regularly work more than half your time selling or obtaining orders away from the employer’s place of business.

6 – 10 years of business-to-business technical sales experience, selling to clients in the digital imaging solutions field or other related technology industry.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Ability to work a published list of current and prospective major accounts. Major Accounts must be opportunities that are more than $100K in revenue and consist of an MFP fleet greater than 15 devices.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
Compensation:
The on-target earnings (OTE) for this role is more than $199,000.00 (base salary, monthly commission and bonus) and is geared to reward high performers. Of this amount, the typical base pay range for this role is $65,000 -$84,000. This pay range represents the base annual full-time salary for this position. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
