Duties
- Oversee daily office operations
- Manage customer inquiries, reservations, rentals, and sales
- Coordinate delivery schedules for cargo containers
- Develop and execute advertising and marketing campaigns
- Manage social media accounts
- Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies that align with company objectives and promote sustainable growth
- Build relationships with contractors, municipalities, businesses, and homeowners
- Create promotional materials and special offers
- Track leads and measure advertising performance
- Assist with billing, collections, and reporting
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Maintain a professional customer experience
- Supervise teams across various departments, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment
- Drive business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities and building strategic partnerships
- Implement process improvements to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and enhance overall productivity
Requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Marketing and social media experience preferred
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Business
- Customer service experience
- Ability to work independently
- Comfortable using computers and standard office software
- Sales experience is beneficial
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Strong background in business development and sales strategies to expand market reach
Pay: $52,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
