Blossom ABA is actively hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy services for children with autism in Mount Airy, NC and surrounding areas (Dobson, Pilot Mountain, Elkin, King).

Competitive hourly pay ($22–$27/hour based on experience)
Flexible scheduling (after-school, evenings, weekends available)
Paid training and support toward RBT certification (if not certified)
Consistent caseloads and local placements
Ongoing supervision and support from BCBAs
Opportunities for career growth in ABA
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and community settings
Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA
Track and record client progress using data collection tools
Support skill development (communication, social, daily living skills)
Maintain professional communication with families and clinical team
Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain – we provide support)
Experience working with children preferred (ABA, childcare, education, or related)
Spanish-speaking candidates preferred
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
Strong communication and organizational skills
High school diploma required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
