We are looking to add a hardworking, energetic individual to our growing management team. We are seeking someone who can handle working in a fast-paced environment and exemplifies the leadership needed to reflect the Sea Dog Brand. The schedule will include nights and weekends; availability for that is a must. The ideal candidate would have great customer service experience while not being afraid to assist in all aspects of the restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the dining room, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Train and supervise dining room staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses
- Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the dining area
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving customer satisfaction and increasing revenue
- Assist in planning and executing special events, banquets, and catering functions
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food production processes and catering operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
