Position Overview:

Job Title: Health Alliance Director.
Position Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week.
Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (schedule can vary).
Pay Range: $31.88 - $37.22 hourly depending on education and experience.
Position Goal:
The Health Alliance Director oversees all services and operations of the Family and Community Health Alliance, including budget management, relationships with funding sources, supervision of staff (WIC, Maternal Health, Child Health, Dental, 1st Five, Hawki, Child Care Nurse Consultant, Breastfeeding Peer Counselor) and compliance with funding source requirements. The Health Alliance Director is responsible for putting the vision and missing of the Alliance into operation.

Qualifications & Conditions of Employment:
Education and/or Experience
-
Minimum of a Baccalaureate Degree in Nutrition, Nursing, Human Services, Public Health, Business or another related field.

Business experience required.
-
Three (3) years prior managerial experience.
Conditions of Employment

Complete Child Abuse Reporter training within six (6) months of employment and update every three (3) years.

Complete bloodborne pathogen training within ten (10) days of employment and update every year.

Valid Driver's License & Car Insurance.

Reliable transportation for on-the-job use.
