The Sentinel of Rockland, an assisted living facility located in Montebello, is looking for a Dietary Aide to join our team.
Assist in the kitchen with food preparation, dining room preparation and cleanup.
- Maintain a clean, orderly and safe kitchen environment.
- Store food properly for infection control.
- Prepare beverages before meals.
- Deliver dishes and trays at designated times to residents in the main dining room.
- Reset tables for the next meal.
- Clean equipment, appliances, floors drains, storage area, refrigerator, freezer and sinks.
- Sweep clean and mop kitchen after each meal.
- Soak, clean dishes, pots and pans.
- Assist in preparing foods for special events.
- Carry out other duties as assigned by Report To.
