Trayst is a growing software company built for independent home care agencies. Our platform helps agencies run their day-to-day operations more smoothly, improve communication, and stay on top of compliance.
We’re looking for a Sales Representative to introduce Trayst to agency owners, administrators, directors of nursing, and operations leaders.
This role is for a motivated self-starter who wants to build something. You won’t be doing it alone. You’ll have hands-on support, coaching, leads to get started, and direct access to the founder as you learn the product and the home care industry.
As one of our first sales hires, you’ll have real influence, strong earning potential, and tremendous room to grow as the company scales.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to home care agencies through calls, email, and LinkedIn
- Run discovery conversations to understand each agency’s needs and challenges
- Schedule and deliver product demos
- Clearly explain how Trayst helps agencies operate better
- Manage your pipeline from first contact through close
- Follow up consistently and keep deals moving forward
- Build and expand your own lead lists as you grow into the role
- Work toward and exceed monthly sales goals
Requirements
- Self-starter who takes initiative and stays organized
- Comfortable making cold calls and following up consistently
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Coachable and eager to learn the product and the home care industry
- Reliable, professional, and comfortable speaking with business owners and agency leaders
- Reliable internet and a quiet space for calls
- Sales experience is a plus, especially B2B or SaaS, but drive and coachability matter most

Compensation
This is a commission-based role with strong upside for the right person. The more agencies you bring in, the more you can earn.
Pay: $20,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
