Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a spotless environment.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining spaces, adhering to established standards.
- Handle laundry duties efficiently
- Restock supplies like toiletries, towels, and cleaning products to ensure all areas are well-equipped for guest needs.
- Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures and use appropriate equipment for floor care and industrial cleaning tasks.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to management for swift resolution.
- Support housekeeping management by assisting with inventory control and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Skills
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently under time constraints.
- Familiarity with hospitality standards and guest service expectations.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout shifts.
