Production Associates – Plastics Manufacturing
Co-Staff is currently hiring General Laborers for a client in the plastics manufacturing industry. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who are interested in joining a team-oriented production environment.
This is a full-time opportunity with multiple shift options available.
Available Shifts
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Monday–Friday)
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Monday–Friday)
- Rotating Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Rotating Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Job Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks in various departments within a plastics manufacturing facility
- Assist in the production of plastic components
- Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and workplace guidelines
- Maintain quality standards during production
- Work with team members to meet production and efficiency goals
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting moderate weights
- Willingness to learn multiple departments and job duties
- Basic understanding of manufacturing safety practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
