Job Description: Project Analyst

Position Summary
The Project Analyst supports project planning, execution, and reporting by analyzing data, tracking progress, and providing insights to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Collaborates with project managers and stakeholders to improve efficiency, mitigate risks, and support decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities and deliverables
Collect, analyze, and interpret project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, providing regular status updates
Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for stakeholders and management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project goals and resolve issues
Identify process improvements and contribute to workflow optimization
Ensure documentation, compliance, and adherence to company/project standards

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business, Finance, Project Management or related field required; CPA or MBA preferred.
4–7 years of experience in project coordination, analysis, or management support
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, or Trello)
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
