Primary Duties-
Independently manage the setup and operation of semi-automatic graphic screen printing machinery.

Address printing challenges and refine mechanical settings to ensure peak performance, precise registration, color accuracy, and efficient production rates.

Expertly manage the use of various inks, print-specific chemicals, and standard plastic substrates.

Help ensure consistent brand quality by monitoring and maintaining strict color accuracy throughout every production cycle.

Oversee the operation of ultra-violet (UV) curing systems to ensure that all ink is properly and thoroughly cured.

Contribute to operational success by identifying process improvements and potential risks to share with leadership.

Support the company's financial health by using resources efficiently and performing regular equipment maintenance to extend asset life.

Candidate Profile
Essential Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old.

Possess a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work history.

Maintain a foundational understanding of the printing sector.
