We're recruiting an Entry Level Customer Support Associate to join our Miami team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organised, and turning questions into solutions.
As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play an important role in keeping things running smoothly while providing a professional and friendly experience across every conversation.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Miami, FL. Remote and hybrid working are not available.
What your day could involve
No two days are exactly the same, but you'll typically be:
- Responding to customer enquiries by phone, email, and live chat
- Troubleshooting common issues and walking customers through solutions
- Logging cases accurately and keeping account records up to date
- Escalating more complex issues to the right team and following them through to resolution
- Following up on open tickets so nothing gets left waiting
- Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks
- Sharing recurring customer feedback so we can fix problems at the source
