As an AT&T Enrollment Associate, you will represent AT&T through face-to-face interactions, helping business customers learn about available products, services, and account solutions while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities of an AT&T Enrollment Associate:
- Meet with business customers in person to educate them on AT&T products, services, and sales promotions
- Assist business customers with account inquiries, service upgrades, and product recommendations
- Deliver friendly, knowledgeable, and professional customer service during every interaction
- Build positive customer relationships while supporting team performance goals
- Participate in ongoing sales training to develop communication, customer service, and sales skills
Qualifications for an AT&T Enrollment Associate:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, account management, or a similar role is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable interacting with business customers in a direct sales environment
- Prior AT&T Enrollment Associate experience is a plus
- Reliable, professional, and positive attitude
- Coachable with a willingness to learn and grow
