About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organized Office Administrator to support daily office operations, customer service, basic bookkeeping, and communication between the office and shop. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, multitasking, and keeping a workplace running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Manage front desk, phones, and customer inquiries
- Perform data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Assist with scheduling and office coordination
- Support invoicing, payment entry, and QuickBooks tasks
- Track work orders, POs, and records
- Monitor inventory and place approved supply orders
- Coordinate incoming shipments with the shop
- Maintain a clean, organized office environment
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organizational and computer skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Customer service experience
- QuickBooks experience is a plus
- Detail‑oriented and able to multitask
- Previous admin or clerical experience preferred
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, and use a computer for extended periods
- Ability to lift 20–50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to move between office, storage, and shop areas
Pay: $16.50 - $21.00 per hour
