Join our vibrant early childhood education team as a Toddler Lead Specialist, where you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and guiding our youngest learners. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum focused on early childhood development, literacy education, and foundational math skills.
- Lead daily classroom activities that promote physical movement, social interaction, and cognitive growth among toddlers.
- Manage classroom routines including diapering, feeding, nap times, and behavior management to ensure a safe and nurturing environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress, milestones, and any behavioral or developmental concerns.
- Incorporate special education strategies and early intervention techniques to support children with diverse learning needs.
- Maintain compliance with mandated reporting laws and uphold all health and safety standards including first aid and CPR certification.
- Collaborate with colleagues on lesson planning, classroom management strategies, and assessment practices such as standardized testing to monitor developmental progress.

Skills
- Extensive experience working with young children in childcare or preschool settings, with a strong understanding of childhood development principles.
- Proficiency in curriculum development tailored for toddlers that includes literacy education, math concepts, physical education, and behavior management techniques.
- Knowledge of special education practices, early intervention programs, and child welfare policies.
- Excellent communication skills to foster positive relationships with children, parents, and team members.
- Strong classroom management abilities to create an organized environment conducive to learning and growth.
- Experience teaching physical education and implementing lesson plans that promote motor skills development.
- Familiarity with mandated reporting laws, health & safety regulations, including first aid and CPR certifications.
