We have openings on our Afternoon and Midnight shifts, with an every-other-weekend rotation.

Your Role as an LPN
As a Licensed Practical Nurse in Skilled Nursing, you will provide hands-on clinical care while working closely with residents, families, physicians, and other members of the healthcare team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Administering medications and treatments
- Completing assessments and maintaining accurate documentation
- Monitoring residents and reporting changes in their condition
- Communicating with physicians, families, and members of the care team
- Supporting and directing resident care staff
- Responding to residents’ needs with patience and professionalism
- Helping create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment
- Building trusting relationships with residents and their families
Qualifications for our Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
- Graduate of an approved nursing program
- Current Pennsylvania LPN license in good standing
- Commitment to dependable, high-quality care
