The Role
We're looking for a licensed massage therapist who genuinely loves their craft and wants to be part of something bigger than a table and a timer. This is a part time position with required weekday and weekend availability.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional, therapeutic bodywork that clients can feel a real difference from
- Maintain a clean, calm treatment space including room resets between clients
- Handle spa laundry as part of your regular workflow
- Build real relationships with guests through thoughtful follow up and direct communication
- Educate clients on services, products, and membership options that support their ongoing care
- Show up as a collaborative, self motivated team member who contributes to the full guest experience
What We're Looking For
- Valid Missouri Massage Therapy License
- A genuine commitment to holistic healing and intentional touch
- Strong communication skills and a warm, professional presence
- Detail oriented and willing to go above and beyond for guests and teammates
- Comfortable having natural conversations around memberships and ongoing wellness care
- A team first mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
