Job Title: Barista – AT&T Headquarters (Downtown Dallas)
Pay Range: $12–$16 per hour (hourly + tips)
Schedule: Full-time | Mon–Fri | 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM (Closed Weekends and Holidays)
Location: Downtown Dallas – AT&T Discovery District
About the Role:
Fat Straws is looking for a full-time barista to join our coffee and boba team inside the AT&T Discovery District. This role is perfect for someone who loves serving great coffee, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and values having weekends and holidays off. This is a Monday–Friday opportunity with daytime hours — ideal for anyone looking to align work with life outside of work.
Compensation Transparency:
We believe in being upfront about pay. The $12–$16 per hour range includes both base hourly wages and estimated tips. Actual pay may vary based on business volume and location, but we’re committed to fair and competitive compensation for all team members.
What You’ll Do:
- Craft and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and boba beverages
- Provide friendly, efficient service to guests and coworkers
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- Help with opening, closing, and restocking tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ years of barista or specialty coffee experience preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and hospitality-minded
- Must be able to commute to downtown (paid parking not included)
