Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Master Groomer/General Manager to lead our team with energy, vision, and a passion for animal care. Duties
- Lead and manage all aspects of the facility’s operations.
- Oversee pet grooming aspects
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to animal handling, restraint, and veterinary procedures
- Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing client inquiries and fostering positive relationships.
- Manage inventory of grooming supplies and grooming tools.
- Foster a team-oriented environment that emphasizes compassion for animals and excellent client service
Experience
- Proven leadership experience as a Lead Groomer or similar role within an animal care and grooming setting
- A strong understanding of canine behavior management
- 5 to 10 years experience in Grooming is required
- Hands-on animal handling skills across various species.
- Knowledge of pet grooming techniques and animal restraint methods
- Strong communication skills with the ability to train staff effectively and engage with clients confidently
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting tasks regularly while maintaining safety standards
