Experienced Retail Optical Salesperson Wanted
We are seeking an experienced Retail Optical Salesperson to join our busy optical practice.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in optical retail sales.
- Strong knowledge of eyeglass frames, lenses, lens options, and contact lenses.
- Must be knowledgeable about vision insurance plans, including verifying eligibility, explaining benefits, and processing orders.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to assist patients in selecting frames and recommending appropriate lens products.
- Experience with point-of-sale systems and optical practice management software is a plus.
- Reliable, professional, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with frame and lens selection.
- Explain lens options, coatings, and upgrades.
- Verify and process vision insurance benefits.
- Take accurate frame measurements and ensure order accuracy.
- Maintain showroom displays and inventory.
- Deliver exceptional customer service from start to finish.
