Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate, fashion-forward Retail Associate / Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of personal style, enjoys building relationships with clients, and thrives in a boutique environment where attention to detail and customer experience are top priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a warm, personalized shopping experience.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through styling appointments, follow-up communication, and clienteling efforts.
- Provide expert styling advice and product recommendations tailored to individual customer needs.
- Achieve individual and team sales goals while maintaining high service standards.
- Assist with visual merchandising, floor sets, and maintaining boutique presentation.
- Process transactions accurately through the point-of-sale system.
- Support inventory management, including receiving shipments, restocking, and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor.
- Stay knowledgeable about current fashion trends, product collections, and brand stories.
- Collaborate with team members to support daily store operations and special events.
Qualifications
- Previous retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
- Passion for fashion, styling, and creating memorable customer experiences.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, positive, and results-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and multitasking effectively.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
