Build Something You Can Be Proud Of
Epic Horticultural is looking for a dependable, hard-working Landscape Installation Technician / Crew Member who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in seeing a property completely transformed.
This is a hands-on, physically demanding job. You will dig, plant, move materials, prepare beds, install landscapes, and help turn ordinary or neglected properties into finished outdoor spaces our customers are proud of.
We work hard, but we have fun doing it. You'll sweat, you'll get dirty, and you'll be tired at the end of the day. But you'll also be able to stand back, look at the transformation you helped create, and take real pride in what you accomplished.Landscaping is hard physical work, but there is something rewarding about starting with an ordinary or outdated property and seeing the difference your work makes by the time the job is finished.
We're looking for people who appreciate that feeling, enjoy working as part of a team, and aren't afraid to put in the effort it takes to produce work they can be proud of.
About Epic Horticultural
Epic Horticultural, Inc. is a small, family-owned and operated outdoor services company based in Orlando, Florida. We provide a broad range of services including lawn and ornamental care, home pest control, landscape design and installation, irrigation repair and installation, drainage solutions, French drains, and other outdoor property improvement services.
Our owner has more than 40 years of experience in the professional lawn care industry, including building and operating successful lawn care businesses that were later acquired by major national lawn care companies.
For many years, Epic Horticultural has intentionally remained a small, owner-operated company. We are now entering a new phase of growth and are building a team capable of competing with the larger, established lawn care and outdoor service companies in Central Florida.
For the right employee, this creates a unique opportunity.
You will not simply be another technician in a large organization. You will work directly with the owner, have an opportunity to influence how the your department develops, and have a clear path toward increased responsibility and management as the company grows.
We are looking for people who want to help build something, take ownership of their work, and grow along with the company.
