Tired of sitting behind the wheel all day?

We're not looking for someone who wants to sit in a truck all day.
We're looking for someone who enjoys running equipment, leading small crews, solving problems, and helping build projects across Northeast Wisconsin.
One day you might be hauling materials in our dump truck. The next day you might be running a skid steer, loading concrete demo, leading a tear-out crew, or helping prepare a jobsite for a concrete pour.

What You'll Do
- Drive and operate our dump truck and trailer
- Lead concrete tear-outs and site preparation projects
- Operate skid steers with buckets, forks, and breakers
- Run concrete saws and demolition equipment
- Load, haul, and dispose of concrete and other materials
- Work alongside our concrete crews as needed
- Help keep equipment, tools, and the shop organized
- Lead and work with 1-2 team members during tear-out projects

What We're Looking For
- CDL preferred (Class A or B)
- Construction, excavation, demolition, utility, asphalt, landscape construction, or related experience
- Experience operating skid steers or similar equipment
- Ability to lead a small crew and work independently
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Someone who takes pride in quality work and being part of a team
