Job Title: Retail Management Trainee – Entry Level

Pay: $800 – $1,200 per week (Hourly)

You’ll start by learning the essentials of retail sales and customer service, then progress into coaching, team leadership, and store management responsibilities.

Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and support shoppers with their needs
- Learn and apply sales techniques to drive customer acquisition and increase revenue
- Assist with daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory, and store presentation
- Participate in management training sessions, leadership workshops, and team meetings
- Work closely with supervisors to set goals, measure performance, and develop leadership skills
- Prepare for future management responsibilities such as mentoring new hires and leading teams
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to take on leadership opportunities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule availability (days, evenings, weekends)
- No prior management experience required—we provide complete training
