As a Service Technician, you will be the go-to expert for diagnosing issues, and supporting customer service initiatives with professionalism and enthusiasm. You must have a truck, van, or SUV with towing capabilities. This is an in field position. Our proactive approach and technical prowess will contribute directly to operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostics and troubleshooting of electrical vehicles.
- Troubleshoot electrical systems and perform electrical blueprint reading to identify faults efficiently.
- Support field service operations by traveling to sites for on-site repairs, diagnostics, and technical support.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to analyze equipment failures and develop long-term solutions that enhance reliability and performance.
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in electrical diagnostics, equipment troubleshooting,
- Familiarity with maintenance management;.
- Strong analysis skills combined with excellent customer service orientation; capable of providing clear technical explanations
- Proficiency in English communication; ability to interpret troubleshooting procedures effectively.
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting heavy equipment; willingness to travel as needed for field service assignments.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
