The Tavern on Central is a full-service restaurant dedicated to delivering great food and exceptional service in a welcoming atmosphere. We’re looking for dependable, hardworking team members to join our kitchen staff.
Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish area and kitchen floors
- Follow proper sanitation and safety procedures at all times
- Assist with basic kitchen prep or cleaning tasks as needed
- Work efficiently during busy service periods
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and management staff
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a dishwasher in a full-service restaurant preferred, but not necessary
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
